Delete your account and data

Remove your Jibu Quiz account and associated data from the app, and what to know about subscriptions if you cannot sign in.

In the app

  1. Open Profile.
  2. Open the Overview tab.
  3. In Privacy & data, tap Delete account & data.
  4. Type DELETE exactly in the dialog. When it matches, tap Delete to start.
  5. Wait for the progress indicator to finish; you will be signed out when deletion completes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Jibu Quiz account does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Manage or cancel in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Cannot use the app?

Email support@extrabrains.co.za. Include your public handle, platform (Android/iOS), and the email used for the account if you signed up with email.

What happens to my data?

We delete or anonymize information tied to your Jibu Quiz account on our systems as described in our privacy policy. Some information may be retained where the law requires it.
